Payment Questions

Which payment methods can I use?

The available methods for your order are displayed at checkout and may vary by location and currency.

Why was my payment declined?

Check that your billing details are correct. If the payment is still declined, contact your bank or payment provider. You can also contact KFFIT for help with your order.

Why do I see a pending or duplicate charge?

A transaction may appear as pending while your bank or payment provider processes it. If you see a duplicate-looking charge, check with your bank or payment provider to confirm whether both transactions were completed. For help, contact KFFIT with your order number. Never email full card numbers, security codes, or passwords.

I placed an order but did not receive confirmation. What should I do?

Check your inbox and spam folder for an order confirmation. If you still can’t find it, contact KFFIT with the name and email address used at checkout.
