If your order is not quite right, KFFIT gives you a simple 30-day return window from the delivery date, subject to product condition and eligibility.

How 30 Day Returns Work

  1. Contact KFFIT support with your order number.
  2. Tell us the item you want to return and the reason.
  3. Package the item securely after approval.
  4. Send it back using the return instructions provided.

Return Condition

Returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, free from perfume/deodorant marks, and in a resellable condition unless the item is faulty.

Items That May Not Qualify

Final-sale items, used activewear, opened hygiene-sensitive items, damaged packaging, or items returned outside the return window may be declined.
